The dog so misses the owner, who is no longer there, that after a while he sleeps on his clothes

Pacito lost his best friend and master. But even after the departure of a partner, devotion and love for him live in the little heart of the dog.

Castro and Pacito have been absolutely inseparable for many years. Between them there was a much deeper connection than just the owner-dog. It was a relationship of father and son.

Castro's niece, Evlyn, recalls: "Uncle always took it with him wherever he went."

But, unfortunately, they spent very little time together. Six years ago, Uncle Evlin was diagnosed with a disease that he could not recover from. This loss broke the heart of poor Pakito.

His family helped him survive this period, and over time he felt better. But it was obvious that the best friend never left the thoughts of little Pakito.

Evelyn recently helped her aunt sort out boxes of her late husband’s things that were wet during a rainstorm. Then a very touching moment occurred.

“We took the clothes out of the boxes and laid them on the floor to dry. At this moment, Pacito ran into us, lay down on top of things and for a long time remained in this position, breathing in their smell.

He seemed to recognize him. And, for sure, for a second he felt that he was again in the arms of his best friend.

Evelyn says: “After all these years, he remembered the smell of the owner. He just lay on his things and did not want to move. ”

Despite all the sadness that moment was filled with, there is something wonderful in realizing that Castro is still living, albeit only in the memory of his loving people and little Pacito.

“Pacito is surrounded on all sides by love. We love him very much and try to give him all the best. ”
